Montana Board of Dentistry

The Montana Board of Dentistry (MBoD) is the state government agency responsible for issuing licenses for dentists, hygienists, and denturists in the Treasure State.  The MBoD is also responsible for dealing with complaints against the same, as well as administering rules related to dentistry.  Click the link above for information about the MBoD, including licensing, meetings, members, and rules.  Although completely separate from the MBoD, your Montana Dental Association participates in all MBoD activities to protect and promote our profession.  For additional information, contact the MDA.

Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services

The Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services (DPHHS) is the state government agency responsible for Medicaid and other dentistry-related issues. Insurance Regulation - Third-party payers
